Cholesterol

It consists of several types, but the most important to monitor are LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and HDL (high-density lipoprotein). - **LDL (Bad Cholesterol):** Aim for less than 100 mg/dL. - **HDL (Good Cholesterol):** Aim for 60 mg/dL or higher. - **Total Cholesterol:** Should be less than 200 mg/dL for optimal health. High levels of LDL can lead to plaque buildup in arteries, increasing the risk of heart disease.


Blood Sugar


 Blood sugar (glucose) levels indicate how well your body manages energy. Monitoring these levels is essential, especially for individuals at risk of diabetes. - **Normal Fasting Blood Sugar:** Less than 100 mg/dL - **Prediabetes:** 100-125 mg/dL - **Diabetes:** 126 mg/dL or higher Maintaining healthy blood sugar levels is vital for energy regulation and preventing complications associated with diabetes.
